Verizon Directories Advertising rip-off from lying salesman and rip-off company Irving, Texas

After having satisfactory dealings with Verizon Directories for 2 years I bought another ad from a "new" salesman over the phone (big mistake). We agreed on the size of the ad and the price and the term of the agreement. After having signed the contract and faxing back I began to make the payments on the 12 month term of the contract. After having made 3 payments the book finally came out and the ad I bought was half the size of the one discussed and they decided to add 3 months to the 12 month contract making it a total of 15 months. I immediately contacted the company and tried to resolve the problem with no response or attempt to correct the problem.

I quit paying those lying pigs and have had to deal with their scum bag collectors and lower than whale s**t lawyers. They are threatening to sue me for $4302.56 which they say I owe. Don't ever trust those lying bastards or any other lying scum bag advertising salesman. Get the complete contract in writing, in person and don't ever pay for any advertising up front.
