Verizon Online lousy connection,bad customer service Lake Wales florida

i ordered verizon internet 2 mos ago. they only offered me dialup where i live! it seemed to be ok the first mo but afterwards i kept getting disconnected or seeing "this page cant be displayed" as a result of entering web pages. almost half the sites i entered did this. i finally called tech support and an indian answered who i could hardly understand. he finally told me to change the dialup no to connect to a different server. it was ok for a few days and then it was back to the usual crap! today i called and told them i wanted to disconnect my service but the woman said she couldnt hear what i was saying. the call was distorted. i finally had enough,went to our local verizon office and said to disconnect my service. she said sorry,you have to call the 800 number! the clerk even admitted the service i had was ridiculous! i refuse to pay for something i cant use,let alone not be able to be disconnected without a hassle! guess ill keep it connected,not pay for it and it will get disconnected after a few mos! verizon is garbage! they obviously dont care about making their customers happy. as of today,they lost another customer! ill never use verizon online again,its a waste of money!!!
