I subscribed to Verizon Premium Tech Support.

I paid a Monthly Fee for this service.

Each time I contacted Verizon Premium Technical Support I had to leave my Name and Telelephone Numbber for Premium Tech Support - On An Answering Machine.

They Never Returned My Call.

Any Right Thinking Person Would Call This Non - Service An Outright Scam.

My Question Is: Since I Paid For A Service That was Non - Existant: Would The Applicable Term Be "FRAUD." Definitely A Nasty Term - But Perhaps An Accurate Term And Very Applicable Term. Since I Am Not An Attorney - Perhaps This Is The Wrong Term. Additionally, Since This Service Was Sold To Me By A "Salesman" at Verizon Over The Telephone - Perhaps The Actual Term In Law Would Be "WIRE FRAUD." - Which Is Probably A Nastier Term - And More Serious Infraction Under The Law. I Am Not A Lawyer - So Don't Take These Legal Terms Literallly - Instead Any Attorneys Reading This Could Blog On My Uncertain Use On These Legal Terms.

My Advice To Anyone Contemplating Taking Out A Verizon Premium Tech Support Service Would Be: DON'T!!!
