Verizon Web Verizon reported to my credit report charges that I did not owed and refused to removed them. Albany New York

Verizon refused to removed or investigate long distance charges that I never made and that showed in my bill after I had changed my account to a nother telephone company. In addition after I disputed the charges Verizon reported the disputed charges to my credit report ruining my spotless credit. They also refused to give me any information regarding the disputed long distance calls all of them made to Australia and to the same phone number.

After I paid the final bill excluding the calls to Australia, Verizon reported the full amount of the bill as delinquent to my credit report. I tried to clear the above first with the collection agency providing all of my payment and then spending severals hours with differents employees of Verizon without any success.

As of today after several months the full amount of the bill stills remains in my credit report in all the credit bureaus as delinquent.
