 Back in May of 2013 I received my Verizon Bill, for some reason on my account I was over on my minutes. I had to my knowledge never been over my minutes as my current plan allowed me to have 1,350 minutes per month. The amount I was being charged for the overage of minutes was greater than the bill itself. I found this to be outrageous so I called Verizon and they offered to remove the overage of charges if I were to leave my plan which was grandfathered and was superior. I agreed to switch to the even though it was a bit more expensive as it gave me one more feature and 100% certainty that I could not exceed my voice minutes again.

Well the credit I was promoised never materialized, and they saw fit to only offer me 30%, I have called them religiously every 30 days to complain, today they agreed to go to 50% which I declined as I was promised 100%. This matter is not about money, it's about accountabilty and holding corporations to promised actions as it relates to customer service issues. I was told that I would receive a credit, I didn't.

My account has 6 more months to go and I will switch carriers at that time. Verizon cannot get away with this, and the sooner I leave the better.

 So basically you are robbing them of mins you used, they charged you for them then tried to give you a out on it by switching plans. AND your going to complain that your not getting a rebate on the mins you used. They held up to their end of the bargin by allowing you to use mins when you clearly went over your own plan. Seems to me that the bigger crook in all of this is you. Be lucky they gave you 50% off. You used the mins then rob them for the mins then expect them to bend over for you robbing them.

Jeez, you really cant fix stupid..................
