Verizon Wireless ripoff Dishonest Billing and Breach of Contract Elgin Illinois

As many other complaints on here against Verizon attest, Verizon has a reputation for neglecting their customers and engaging in dubious practices of promising one thing and delivering another. Among several other things, Verizon promised to cancel my contract without a termination fee after two months of bouncing me from one representative to the next, one person promising me one thing and another delivering something very different. They are attempting to bill me the $175.00 for the contract cancellation even after a verbal agreement with their company where it was agreed the fee would be waived due to their mismanagement of my complaints.

Also note that their customer service representative called me and said "We realize you have lost faith in Verizon Wireless and we are willing to do anything to restore it." One wonders why they have not responded to any of my four emails over the last two weeks. I am seeking third party mediation.

DO NOT USE VERIZON WIRELESS. SPREAD THE WORD.
