Our service was cut off due to late payment and we could not use the services, after two months we paid them $166.65  exaturated price for the service and they still wanted to charge us even more $120 extra saying the acct is still on. WTF. I guess that is an authority given to them for illegally collecting out data and recording every phone calls,

We called them and a con-artist says the bill has been billes and we must collect the funds, the supervisor said the same thing. We went to NJ court and added our time wasited for two days in the recovery. The verizon who is backed by the largest terror gang in this country had already worked out a deal with the mediation guy name Bill to scare us for time and not going any where so we stupidly backed out of it. I do have a record of verizon over charging me data of 7gb when there was absolutely no way I could have used . I was in harrisburg with my AV team working all week in the tents and not touching the laptop at all.
