Verizon Wireless bait and switch bad customer service Basking Ridge, new jersey Nationwide

I have been a customer with this company for years.  The last 6 years I have had a plan I liked.  They discontinued the plan but allowed "grandfather" access.  A year ago my phone broke.  No less than 5 employees promised if I purchased a phone nothing would change.

In good faith I bought a phone and took it in person to a store.  They too promised since I had "user provided equipment" Nothing would change.  I hadn't recieved a bill in years but I had my bank set to auto pay $75.00 per month. 

My bank continued paying through Oct 3rd 2014, on Oct 30 2014 the company turned off the service.  Paid in full and terminated. 

To this day their computers call and hang up on my landline, the Main office refuses to answer my complaints in writing at the BBB, AG, FCC, FTC.

They have tried several times to call but refuse to do so on a documented and recorded line.  Once the rep told me they were recording but when I started my recording refused.
