verizon wireless was allowing radio shack employes get into accounts because they were autherized dealers for them. how ever a radio shack employee is a family memeber. once i found out about him getting into my account i contacted verizon wireless, and they were to a invesagation. well i never heard back from them.

i called serveral times. i even called radio shack and reported it to the main head quaters. guess what the person is still working there. and nothing has came about, so all my personal information and all is with him.

wheres the justice for those who are innoccent. neither company protected my rights yet they did find he went in and got the information with out my consent. as i figured and told verizon wireless they broke my contract and i should close them down.

 This sir would need to be taken up at the store inwhich this happened. The individual that did this does not work for vzw it was your family member who worked for radio shack. This would conclude that this is not vzw fault once againif you have any chance at a legal battle it would be with radio shack and your family member who decided to access your account. You are angry at the wrong people my friend vzw did not allow this person to access your account vzw does have a policy against VZW employees accessing family accounts however the person of whom you are reffering too was not a vzw employee

For the record, yea this goes to the justin boy, I worked for VZW Customer Care for 6 years, and in that six years, ( Trust me working in a call center you get bored ) I played around alot with the system, for example if you had ACSS access but you weren't considered A Supervisor, you couldn't change the eligibility date ( The date the customer can upgrade and recieve a discounted phone ) but if you went into Native Vision and changed the date it would let you, and wouldn't remark the account. What im trying to say is obviousely that justin guy that thinks he knows what he's talking about, has no idea, and would purjer himself " in a court of law " , he can act like he knows what he's talking about, i've been there and done it, so good luck with your case.

When did this happen? RadioShack corporate stores stopped selling Verizon effect 12/31/05.

Chances are if they are still selling Verizon now, it is a dealer store and they only carry RadioShack products.

well i do have the proof of it as he admited to me in a instant message the other day he was begging for me to drop it , it does not matter because in verizon online codes for employees and or thier represtatives it plainly states thay no employee shall get into a family members account for no reason. not even to look . that is the policy i know i looked it up. at this nothing i can do at this point , but its sad that radio shack allowed this to even happen yes it was logged as my brother said yes he did get in it and yes i have other witnessess as well so do not call me a lair , or slandering a company because i was with verizon back when they were air touch over 15 yrs. you trust a company to protect youre privacy youre personal inforamtion. ect. infact i had no idea he even worked for that company, until iwas told he was into my account, as i said i dont have contact with him.but he now has my home phone number my personal information ect , and no he cant get credit as it was already taken care of just wanted the other comsumers to understand that any one can get into youre accounts. with out youre knowledge , im glad that radio shack no longer has verizon, and yes im still disappointed that this im not a revenging family member , i just dont like my personal information given to any one without my knowledge put youre self in my shoes if you found out some one in youre family was able to get youre celluar phone records..

2/9/07 blocked name ... you know i did get into youre account but never made changes , thank i alsmost lost my job

2/9/07 my responds you were not autherized to get into my account , you had no business even getting into my account ,you went in on youre own , there for , its against verizons contract stating no employee shall get into family memebers account.. this is even on line

yes this is all in archive in yahoo messenger he admitted he did get into my account . this is not false statement, so do not accuse me of that i would never say something that wasnt true, i thought verizon would protect me , as i am thier customer. aNd yes it state no employee should get into family accounts that you can find online'

For Verizon Wireless i can state, and will repeat in a court of law. That ANYONE who is an employee or Authorized Rep. has a specific login I.D. and anytime your account is brought up it is AUTO TIME STAMPED and their LOGIN is in the public notes. If an investigation was done and you were not contacted then your account was not violated as you claim.

Now, ANY other questions or patently false claims you would like to make?

Verizon Wireless, Has a system called ACSS or in Radio Shack's Case, NATIVE VISION, when account's are accessed in those system's it is not logged until a change in the account is made, so if I were to open your account and just close it, nothing is remarked and Verizon Wireless has no record of that person accessing your account, basically its your word against his, he's of course going to tell his boss that he didn't do it and your just a mad family member trying to get revenge and verizon is going to take radio shacks word for it. I only know this because I have worked for Verizon Wireless Fraud, so to be honest, there not going to do anything about it, and there is no way for them to verify he even did it, and lets say he did make a change in your account, Radio Shack uses a GENERIC radio shack login, therefore it could be exclusive to that store but most likely it works for all the stores in that district.

Did this relative/Radio Shack employee steal your identity? Rack up charges on your account? Were you not close to this relative and didn't want him/her knowing your personal info? How do you know that he/she was looking at your account? What is the problem with he/she looking at the account? What is your reasoning for saying that they break their contract with you? Can you please be more descriptive in how you were ripped off or wronged? You will get a better response if you are more detailed in your complaint.
