I live in the a valley in Ca that is surrounded by mountains, I need a phone for auto and travel emergicies. I am disabled and have a heart problem. The sales staff told me I can call anywhere and anyone can call me.
I excepted there phone..I kept getting cut off and called them they told me it was just a little problem with roaming. One year has gone by and I am still having a problem connecting with anyone. If I am lucky enough to get on line, it beeps twice and I am dissconnected.
I have these over sized bills that keep coming and threats by the phone, now they do not want to help me at all. I want to quit this service but it will cost me 175.00 to quit, they call me late at night and day to tell me I will be in trouble if I don't pay, I am not satisfied but I still have to pay for a phone I am not using. Help Me.
