Verizon Billed for services not received. No one at Verizon wants to listen Dallas Texas
I wish to file a complaint against Verizon. I have phone, internet and until recently, Direct Tv services with them. In February, we decided to go with Dish Network for our TV services and contacted Direct TV. However, Verizon continued to bill for Direct TV even though we were not receiving those services. We had returned the Direct TV equipment and Direct TV told us that we had a zero balance on the account. However, when we contacted Verizon regarding this, we were told that until they received that information from Direct TV, they would continue to charge us for the Direct Tv services. Verizon has been notified more than once regarding this but, they continue to insist that we owe over 600.00 since they are continuing to bill for months of Direct TV services that we did not receive. We have ran out of options. We are hoping that this will result in a resolution. We are happy to pay for our phone and internet services but, we are not willing to pay for Direct TV bundle services that we have not had for over 7 months.
