verizon thieves~! Internet

i have a balance on my pre-paid phone of $63.09 & now they claim i have a zero balance... because of this supposed zero balance, all attempts at reaching customer service end up routed to a menu with only 2 choices: add money with a credit card or add money with a pre-paid card... trying to get around this by pressing zero gets a pre-recorded message that says: "i'm sorry you are having problems. goodbye." then it hangs up... wow~! that is customer service~??? are you kidding me~?
so while online looking at my usage to try to see what happened to my 63 bucks, i notice that all of the weird spam text messages that i constantly get (an issue i tried to solve with verizon but was informed there was no customer service available for this issue if you are a pre-paid customer) cost me 10 cents apiece... not much i suppose except that i get them all the time & so they add up...
but that is an additional issue, separate from the fact that they have literally stolen $63.09 from me... one day it is there as a balance, the next day, it is gone.
