Vermillion County Indiana Circuit Court Corrupt court and county for 30 years Newport Indiana

I have dealt with the corrupt government in Vermillion County Indiana for over 30 years. I recently went to court to get an adjustment on my child support levy. The child in question was working and emancipated when he was 18. I am being billed up untill he was 21, even though he did not go to college. He also received social security disability benefits on my behalf for 5 years in the 1990s. I asked for an adjustment of the amount owed to reflect thse factors. Jill Wesh, of the child support division, objected. They wanted the money. Vermillion County and the state of Indiana are more concerned with money than they are with fairness. Under Title IV-D, they collect money for every child support case that they pursue. It is all about money with those people. My ex wife didn't even show up for the hearing. Any competent lawyer, or in this case, judge, should know that the amount owed to her in question should have been adjudged in my favor by default. Not in that corrupt county. If the judge would have researched federal law, he would have found that the time that I was on disability overrode any state child support judgement. I have attached a copy of the denial letter.

There is no legal reasoning or citations given by the judge, Bruce V Stengel. For over 30 years, Vermillion County Indiana has coddled my ex wife and protected her. They have not held her to account for any of the illegal things that she has done. She didn't report that he was emancipated at 18, she didnt report that she was getting social security for the child, and she didnt show up for her hearing. When I tried to report that he was being paid social security benefits on my behalf, in the 1990s, Marcella Stuckler was the child support officer. She tried to tell me that those benefits were just a bonus, and that I sitll had to pay. Every title IV-D administrator that that county has had got their position based on who they knew. The positions were never advertised. It is also worth noting that the state never enforced my visitation rights. I was told that I would have to hire my own attorney, and pay to go to that kangaroo court to try to enforce visitation. My ex has never had to do anything to collect her money. She lived as a welfare mom in 1987, 1988, 1992, and 1993. Her name is Brenda Bonesteel. This is NOT equal protection under the law. Of course, Vermillion County Indiana has a noted disdain for the federal and state constitution whrn it comes to money.

Enter chapter 2. In 1987, my lawyer was John Kenley. Her lawyer was Don Campbell. I wanted to challenge paternity. My lawyer said that he would take care of it. After speaking to her lawyer, he sent me a letter stating that "he didn't have time for a paternity suit, and that I would need to hire another lawyer." Good old boys network indeed. In 2013, I saw a picture of the cousin of who I believe to be the childs dad (by his mothers own admission). The resemblence was increadibly striking. By clandestine means, I secured samples of his DNA and that of his mother. I sent the samples to a reputable lab. The results came back that he is in fact not mine at all. Had the court have had any honor and sense, the adjustment that I filed for would have rendered the case moot. I am now left with the option of going to federal court (because Vermillion County has demonstrated that I can't get a fair hearing there) and filing a paternity suit. Vermillion County is trying to outspend me. They are real good at playing the money game. I have news for them, I will NEVER hire one of their good old boys to be my lawyer. I am going through the Chicago Divorce Association for Men. They have been following this case, and agreed to take it on if I got shafted in the Stengel court, as was expected.

For as long as I have been alive, the lawyers in Terre Haute have made jokes about Vermillion County. My family lawyer, Steve Trueblood, used to joke with my grandmother and say "Only in Vermillion County."I expect to be threated and harassed for exercising my right to free speech on here. When I posted another report about the corruption, nepotism, and shady dealings in the child support office a few years ago, Detective Mike Phelps contacted the child support office and I was sent a threatening letter. A copy of that letter is posted on that report.

I denounce the government of Vermillion County Indiana. They are corrupt beyond repair.The people in power enjoy anarchy for themselves, while beating everybody else down for money. I am also fining Indiana one million dollars for corruption. there are plenty of legal ways to cost a state money, and I will avail myself of all of thos emeans. anyone who wants to know how can contact me and I will be happy to help. Kill the money and you smother the snake. The state government is just as bad. The Governor, Mike Pence,  steps on peoples rights all the time, and his abortion rules were recently struck down by the Supreme Court. He loves right to work legislation, and Indiana has the worst workers comp system in the country. They also have a corrupt unemployment system that allows a third party bank to milk paople for money on their "card" system of collecting benefits. The entire child support division from Indianapolis on down is staffed by man hating women. I urge the people of Indiana to overthrow their corrupt government. If they pull a Clinton and try to rig the election process, then I urge them to use any means necessary to bring down their corrupt government from the local level on up. The government of vermillion County is not legitimate because of their corruption, and I don't recognize it as such. I will never spend a dime in that backwards state, and I urge all others to do the same. I will spend my money fighting them, instead of just handing it over. Trying to get justice through legal means is a useless effort in that state and county. When I go to the Democratic convention this month, I will not even drive through that hell hole. I will detour around that cesspool so that I dont even have to buy gas there. I have burned the flag of the state of Indiana. They are all a bunch of worthless and corrupt pigs. As John F Kennedy once said "Those who make peceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable."
