Don't go to Vero Beach Athletic Club!! Ownwer Robert Del Vecchio, who on any given Monday morning reeks of alcohol from drinking excessly every weekend! He's not someone you want to do business with. He talks a good talk, but that's it, he's all talk. He convinces people he is some sort of victim. Well people, he's not. Mr. Del Vecchio doesn't pay ALL of his bills! He rips people off all the time for his benefit!
He doesn't know how to take responsibility for his own actions and blames others ( I am one of them! ) for his many many short comings. There are plenty of other nice clean fitness faciilities in Vero Beach. I would NOT recommend the Vero Beach Athletic Club to anyone!! Heed my warning people, especially if you are considering romantic involvement with that piece of sh*t!! He will bleed you and use you too!!

The Best Gym in Town

I have been working out at Vero Beach Athletic Club for over 2 years. The complaint that I rebut may be that one person's point of view, however, in my experience, Bob is a quiet kind of guy who always has time to listen to me. He is a wealth of health/fitness information. He greets me - and all his clients - by name. I have used him for personal training on occasion and the condition that concerned me became a non-concern. Over these couple of years, I see that I am one of many long-term clients - all regulars; all ages.
I have never smelled alcohol on Bob's breath, and I have never seen him be anything but a competent owner. Whether he drinks or not, it has never impaired his control of his business.
Bob not only has a long list of long-time clients; he also has a solid staff that has been with him the entire time I have worked out at the gym. His staff is also highly knowledgeable, skilled, understanding and helpful.
I recommend Vero Beach Athletic Club to anyone who is intimidated by a large gym. Anyone who values personal service. Anyone who wants to learn more about how to live healthy.
BTW, the last line of the complaint that I rebut sounds like "It's personal." A grain of salt may be in order.
