Vero Sports and Imports Sold us a salvaged boat (had been sunk during a hurricane) on a clean title/no title information for trailer Vero Beach Florida

 Lou LePage sold us a boat that had been totaled. The boat had been sunk in a hurricane and he sold it to us as new. The first time we took the boat out, the motor locked up due to water being in the motor. There were barnicles, mud and salt water in the hull of the boat. We filed a lawsuit and have been going through it for 4 years now. Lou agreed to the terms of the mediation and then did not follow through. He now have a lien on the business but will have to pay the attorney even more to get any money out of him. I can't believe he is still in business!!! I've been contacted by so many others that have been ripped off by him as well. I wish I could shut his business down so nobody else could be hurt.
