Purchased their Versacheck Gold 2008 product at a local office supply store. On the box and inside the box is an offer for a free Check Printer that includes the required ink cartridges. When you go online to request the "free" printer and ink, the offer changes so that ink is not included in the offer. If you do follow thru with the "free" printer it costs you $69.99 plug S&H for another $16.94.

They also have terrible customer service. They take forever to answer the phone, they asked me to fax the copies of the offer to them, they did not respond to the fax, they did not respond to a message I left, and they did not respond to an email I sent.
