Do not trust Santosh Manjrekar for one second! He will forge your name on disclosures so you end up paying multiple points and fees when he promises you that you will get a free loan. I have reported him to the Colorado Department of Real Estate and the National Association of Real Estate. They are aware of this scam and investigating him now. Do yourself a favor and go directly with your bank and save the money. People like Santosh Manjrekar should be thrown in jail for what they do!!!!!!
