As soon as I signed up, I received an email that I had a message from a member. I am 47, and this woman was 40, and asked if I was interested in younger women. To write back, YOU MUST JOIN, for $24.95, so I did. I wrote this "Woman" 3 times, and never heard back. So I wrote another woman, and never heard back.
Then I researched, and found others who joined the same site, and never were written back after they paid. So yesterday in my personal essay, I wrote that I thought the site workers were writing the letters. Today I can't log on.
I called the company that takes their payments, CCBill.com, and told them they are dealing with a scam. The operator promised me to look into it. He also said that I would get a refund. I have read that no one has ever received a refund from this company, so we will see.
The owner is Peter Erickson, dba Texpo Inc.
I also said I would sue if my card is charged again. We will see.

You can't sue them, there's no one to sue. Call you credit card and initiate a chargeback, then tell them you belive they are scamming you and you want a new card with a new number.
