Verzion Cellular I changed my payment method, cancling automatic withdrawl, they continued it a month later, but a week eariler causing overdraft to my bank account, said it would be taken care of ASAP, not yet done 4 days later it takes 7 to 10 days for a reversal, yet they take funds when they wish to! Nationwide

Due to my moving, and was going to be short of funds (I attempt to exist off of SSDI monthly) I contacted Verzion to change the method of payment on my prepaid plan. For the previous year I had been on a Pre Paid plan of $50 per month automatically withdrawn from my bank account. This was to occure on the 3rd of the month (the same date SSDI was deposited into my bank account), 

As Verzion was overcharging me $5.00 per month, sence day 1 of my using them, they would (after taxing me on the full overpayment) then give me a $5.00 credit on my account each month. 

I contacted Verzion on March 28th 2014 and asked if I could use some of the $60.00 credit I had accrued toward the next months payment that was due on April 2 2014, and at the same time cancle the automatic withdrawl. I was assured by the customer service rep, this would be done, no problem.

On April 28, 2014 I was awaken at 6:45AM to a text message saying verzion had done a automatic withdrawl from my bank acccount for the monthly payment of $55.00, checking my bank account at 10 AM after I woke back up dhowed this to be exactly what they had doen to an account that I had been assured had the auto withdrawl feature stopped.

I then contacted Verzion and spoke with a different customer seervice rep named "Cristian" who was very appoligic over the problem, and said it woul dbe straightened out immedatly. I took him at his word. I even asked to be transfered to his supervisor to provide a positive feedback report requesting Cristian be given a "pat on the back" for a job well done.

Checking the balance of my bank account on April 29 to discover, I had been charged a overdraft ffee, and funds transfer fee from savings to checking to cover the overdraft for the unautherized (ripped off) payment taken without autherization from Verzion.

I then called once again Verzion to find out what the problem is in the delay, as I needed those funds to pick up my heart medication perscription, that was not available due to their theft of funds from my bank account. I kept receiving a "error message" when I called them on their provided phone line that they "were hainv technical diffaculties try again later" (Maybe they didnt pay their phoen bill on time?) I  finally succeeded 2 hours and 16 attempts later and was eventually connected to a customer service rep.

The young lady I spoke with. seemed attentive, and I started my talk with her, by appoligising first, what I had to say was NOT a personal attack on her, but a frustrating problem caused by her employee. 

Her responce to me after I asked why is ther ea delay in them sending a credit to my bak account for their error? She informs me, that it takes 7 to 10 days to process a refund! I find it hard to beleve this is true, or maybe it is because this is now April 30th, and there still has been no credit applied to my bank account, and I am still unable to purchase a perscription refill for my heart medication. This is a lethal situaiotn, and my only hope is if I end up hosbitalized over the added stress this is causing me, due to the theft of funds involved, that I will be able to eithe rget involved wiht a classs action suit against this company, or start a law suit myself! As they hav eno problem steeling funds when they want to, but seem to be unable to refund them back.

Needless to say, now that I have moved I no longer need to use Verzion as my phone service, as they were the only cell phone company that worked in the area I was forced to move from due to the recent Mud Slide at Oso Washington. I now live in a area of multible cell phone providers, the funny thing is, they all (except Verzion the most expensive) charge from $15.00 per month to $30.00 per month less for the same useage "package".

U feel I was treated just fine for the previous year of service, never had a problem, that is until I cancled the auto-payment (as it was confermed a month eariler, and NOT charged to my bank account on the 2nd of each month previously, that is until they stole the funds from my bank account on the 28th of April.
