Installer never explained item to us at time of insulation . later was told by co. Useage was limited then they wanted more money .I went to my bank and person at bank called ViaSat to explain problem they ViaSat told bank person everything will be taken care of. Now three monthes later I received bill from them saying I owe 642.29/ I,TS a BIG BIG RIP -OFF
