This company has seemed to change its name already, they told us that we would not be paid for the 3 days of training until after we have worked a week which seems illegal all in itself. But I noticed when you are on a call the supervisor kicks you out of your session which automatically logs you off, which also means you won't get paid for that time. This is done while you are working. I worked 4 days which includes 3 days of training and got a deposit in my bank for $18. 56 After contacting Georgiann Morgan the administrator, she stated they will not be paying me for total time logged in, and offered no reason or reply to my request for corporate office name and number. I have more checks coming but I'm not sure if I will receive those and I have resigned from the company and I am seeking assistance from the labor board of California. Upon further research I found out this company has a history of not paying people and have even changed their name once already. They do not state in their contract they will only pay you partial payments for work performed for their company. They actually ask you to log into a certain area while doing a portion of the their work, knowing they will not pay you if you are logged into that area. Legally these people must be stopped. When people work for you they should be paid for their time and services. They just flat out refuse to pay and then ignore your emails!!

My mistake

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, September 06, 2016

I strongly urge people to to use all their resources and exhaust every avenue before they file a report on here. I filed a report on Viasource solutions and it was a big mistake. I talked to Georgiann Morgan and Gina Mckenna and we were able to clear up and resolve our problems. but, unfortunately it was done after I posted a bad review on here about them. Georgiann exlained their system in detail, a system that was very hard for me to understand, but once I understood it, I now know they were not trying to rip me off or not pay me. I was confused on pay days as well as pay methods as I was a new employee. To date they have paid me everything they owe me and they are not a bad company to work for. Please disregard my previous review on this company Viasource Solutions. They are really a good company to work for.

Thanks LaDon Oklahoma city, Oklahoma
