ViaTalk Inc. charged me $248.70 and $91.53 at the first of August.

My phone number was originally ported out of their services in June 2010; this was after they disconnected my services in April 2010. At that time my number was ported from their services I placed an invalid card on file with them because they have no means available to the customer to remove their CC info. They sent me an email saying they would cancel the account. Then in August I noticed the account was still active because I could login to it. Next I was suddenly charged $248.70 and $91.53 on my wifes bank/debit card, of which this card was never placed on file by me or my wife. I once again changed the card on file and just in time as they tried to charge for several other non-existent services. After initially disputing the charges they finally did close my account and I can no longer access the account area of their website where customer billing information is stored. Just this last week they tried to tell me that I now owe them an addition $50. A year of service with them only cost $189 and there is no possible way they can justify charging me this much for a service disconnected, and not in use, since April 2010.

I find it alarming that they were able to obtain my wifes bank/debit card number; I also believe they are breaking PCI regulations in the way they store customers CC info and do not allow it to be removed. This last weeks threat to charge me more to my card on file, more than likely proves they are breaking PCI regulations.
