Viatel - Business Office Systems & Solutions Fraudulent unexplained debt from Mapnad Viatel Cons Midland Texas

I just called and some "lady" answered sounding all panicky saying this was not the right number...Please check the details!

Dear Sir:

You can file a complaint with the Texas State Attorney General at 800 621 0508. The TSA governs third party collection agencies in the state of Texas.

Also, the owner of the BOSS, Mr. Dan Becker, can be reached at 432 352 8060 or 866 570 9152.

I work for Network Telephone in Pensacola, FL. We are not part of this collection effort, but we understand that BOSS is stating they are collecting for us. When I reached Mr. Becker, he refused to give me the address or phone number for the "real" Network Telephone that he is collecting for. From what Mr. Becker told me, his agency is collecting on 900 (adult talk line)calls.

Have received two more letters from Business Office Systems & Solutions in connection to the alledged Mapnad Viatel Cons. debt.
Now the amount requested is $63.02 + $19.02 interest for a total of $82.04. Even after sending then a note requesting to clarify what this debt is, the first of these letters says that they have been unsuccessful in contacting me. The second letter says FINAL NOTICE....FINAL NOTICE...FINAL NOTICE.... etc. We will do this and do that....etc and so on. Give us you credit card number and signature. My next move is to forward this crap to the Attorney General of Texas and California and see how fast I get a form letter from their Offices.
