Bought some Gee Your Hair shampoo on Ebay by Vibelle Mfg Corp under the supervision of Jergens, NOT as claimed. Jergens has nothing to do with this co. and there is a website geeyourhairsmellsterrific.com who never sent my item and Jergens says is a rip off too.

Have you filed an INR with Ebay? Report your Seller!

AUTHOR: Tammy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 17, 2007

Hi Michele,

I am so sorry to hear of your dilemma with your ebay purchase. Have you filed an INR Item Not Received against your Seller?

Without an auction number it is difficult to provide you with the most accurate information, but if your transaction was a recent one, there is protocol to follow:

1. You Bid, You Win, You Pay.
2. Seller ships - If you paid using Paypal the Seller has 7 days to ship to opt in on Paypal's Seller Protection. If you paid through a different method of payment, the seller has 30 days.
3. Item is not received after these deadlines - Regardless of payment method you need to file your INR here:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/inr-snad-process.html

You have 45 days to file a claim with Paypal, 60 days with Ebay, and I believe 60 days to do a charge back with your credit card company if you paid via credit card. Do not EVER let these deadlines pass because you will not be able to get the help you will need to receive a refund.

Some DISHONEST sellers will try to string you along with the Promise of your item or a full refund NEXT WEEK. They are hoping that unsuspecting buyers are not aware of the deadlines and by stringing you along these deadlines will pass without them ever having to refund or give you the item.

You can find all the information you need regarding the process of filing an item not received in the link I provided earlier in this post or by using ebay help pages.

Please remember to report the seller regarding your transaction. If buyers do not report these kinds of sellers they will continue to rip-off more people. Although the wheels at Ebay turn very slowly, they do turn. Report your seller! If your seller has a habit of defrauding buyer's and they are reported each and every time it happens, their ebay career will be a short one.

Again, sorry to hear of your situation and I hope you find some of the information I provided helpful.
