I am Sarah Jacobson with Vibrant Realty and I represented the buyers in the transaction.  The author of the complaint on Ripoff Report was the wife of the seller but not on the property.  During the transaction,  I only briefly met her one time at the title company as she was not my client.   My clients were happy with the outcome of the transaction, my service, and enjoying their new home.  Unfortunately, the original closing date was delayed due to financing issues which is not uncommon in our industry with the new lending regulations.  And while it is not uncommon in our industry, it is an extremely stressful and sensitive situation for clients who are making a huge financial commitment as well as moving their families.  The sellers were in a very difficult situation where they were facing financial penalties for a later closing on the property they were buying and having their family in limbo while waiting to close on their home. Having and experienced knowledgable Realtor representing you who can explain the situation and offer solutions is an invaluable resource.  There wer a lot of miscommunications and undue stress placed on the sellers in this transaction.  I wish they could have had a better experience.  Buying or selling a home is a huge financial decision and it is extremely important to find someone to represent you who is experienced and has good communication skills. We have since resolved the situation and I believe the seller now has a better understanding of what happened with the tranaction. The buyers are happy in their new home and I hope the sellers are as well.   The sellers wife has now expressed a desire to remove her previous comments on Ripoff Report.  

Lisa Stevens owner of Vibrant Realty would like to make it known that the person filing the complaint never used Vibrant Realty with any real estate services. She was working with a completely different company in the Twin Cities. Agent Sarah Jacobson was representing her clients as buyer representitive for the purchase of this persons property, their financing did get delayed for 1 week and the agent was working through details with other agent. The seller was frustrated because of the delay in closing which was out of Sarah Jacobson's hands. We worked with Agent and Broker of the other company to make sure all parties in the transaction understood and communicated daily. The person that filed this claim has since then tried to remove claim. The property did close successfully.
