I signed up on Jan 9th after reading the terms to be a 14 day trial. I received the trial product on Jan 27th. After trying out the product, I decided on Jan 30th to not purchase the full membership. I called (877) 482-25017 to cancel.  I was told that I had already been charged $126.42 for a MEMBERSHIP on Jan. 14th. I explained that I didnt receive the product until three days ago, and did not care for the product. They told me that if I had wanted to cancel the membership, that I had five days to do so after the date I ordered on Jan. 9th.  I explained that terms and conditions were 14 days, not 5 days.  I did not want their  membership. I was then told the terms and conditions could change at any time by the Company.  I was also told there is no refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they refused and they hung up the phone.

Their advertising is deliberately misleading to the consumer. It suggests that you are given a free trial which by definition means that you get to try the product first.

Vibrant Smile's advertising is deliberately misleading to the consumer. They do not honor their terms and conditions.
