Dear Helper.

First of all, I apologize for inaccurate English grammar, but that's not my mother tongue.

I try to make my complain clear.

I ordered a coat from the vibrantherad.com in 5. of October 2017.I get a confirmation abot my payment in a same day.

In the website writing in the order confirmation subject,I quote:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

I was calmly waiting for the next 5 days to get the trecking number which never arrived .I contacted a customer support 10.October 2017 asking about my order. i got a ansver 11.Oct 2017 i quote:

Hi Andrea!
 
Thank you for contacting us and we're more than happy to help you verify your status.
 
Due to high order volume, our delivery process is currently experiencing delays. 
 
Don't worry, your order has now been processed for its final delivery.
 
Normally it takes up to 2 to 3 weeks for the product to be received.
 
Rest assured we will send you the tracking information the soonest.

 Because this item i was buying for a present to my father therefore its date of arrival is really important to me. In this case i asked the customer service refund my order and send my money back. The answer was:

Hi  Andrea!
 
Thank you for contacting us and we're sorry to hear about this.
 
Since the item is on its way to its final delivery process, we're no longer able to cancel it in our system. 
 
Don't worry you are entitled to get a refund.
Just simply sent it back to our return address below once you received the item.
 
Ok i understand if it is already in a delivery process they can't refund it but still dont understand if it is already in a sending process why i didn't get a tracking number ,so i sent another mail in 16.October to ask for it. The answear was:
Hi Andrea!
 
Thank you for contacting us and apologies for the inconvenience.
 
We totally understand your frustration but we assure you that this is already on it's final delivery.
 
We're just currently working on high order volume that affected the delay of our delivery process.
 
Rest assured we will send you the tracking information the soonest.
 
Appreciate your patience.
 
In this point i get upset and asked my money back immediately. I feel they playing with me. I had been waiting enough time,nothing happened. the answer was:
 
Hi Andrea!
 
Thank you for contacting us and we're sorry to hear about this.
 
Once again, our apologies for the inconvenience.
 
We will coordinate with our suppliers regarding this to help us understand why no tracking information has been generated yet.
 
Don't worry, your order has now been processed for its final delivery.
 
Rest assured we will send you the tracking information the soonest.
 
After this message i lost my all patience and i sent a mail again asking back my money otherwise i going to report this company!The answear the same was then before.
Hi Andrea!
 
Thank you for contacting us and we're truly sorry for this.
 
We are working really hard to ensure that the product will be delivered on a timely manner but due to high order volume, we are experiencing delays for the delivery.
 
Normally it takes up to 4 weeks for the delivery process and we assure you that we are working on this and you will be receiving your item.
 
The tracking information will be sent out to you the soonest Andrea.
 
Although this is not enough to compensate you but please allow us to offer you a 10% discount code (AXA5) for your future purchase with us.
 
Appreciate your patience.

I'm tired to continue this correspondence. It is useless. They are playing with me.
I dont understand how it is possible that after 13 working day i didn't receive nothing?
I thougt it is my right to ask my money back after 5 day if they cant provide a service.
Pls dear helper can you help me to found a solution in this situation?

Unreceived goods and no response

I also made an order with Vibrant threads, back in Sept. I ordered and opaid for three items but only recieved two. When I emailed in early November, I got a response from a guy named Mitch stating he would contact the supplier and forward a new tracking number. I heard nothing since. I have sent two more emails but the company hasn't bothered to respond to them. A copy of the email discourse is printed below.

5 weeks later no jacket and no reply after chasing

I baught a jacket off Vibrant threads after having seen a facebook advertisement online.

After ordering this jacket over 5 weeks ago on the 31st October, I have not recieved anything.

I ended up sending an email to their customer support email address saying :

Dear Vibrant threads,

I purchased a coat with you and have now been waiting near to a month for it to arrive.   Please can you confirm where it is currently as the tracking page is limited on updating me on it's whereabouts?   Kind regards,   Since this email I have had no reply whatsoever and now I find I can't get back onto the website as it has been closed down.   I am $50 out of pocket and no sign of getting the jacket, a refund, or even a reply which would be nice.   I fear I have been scammed and have no idea what I can do?

 Dear owner of the company. In case if you refunded my money please send it to me the copy of the bank transfer, because I didn’t receive any money until today. I would remotely comment: I got a answer for my last email in which i ask again my redound to avoid a future issue between us. Your answer was , i quote: Hi Andrea! Thank you for contacting us and we're sorry to hear about this. Since the item is on its way to its final delivery process, we're no longer able to cancel it in our system. Don't worry you are entitled to get a refund. Just simply sent it back to our return address below once you received the item: I received this mail 0ct.25.2017 Pls explain this to me, if you redound my money how come this message?

This customer has already been refunded, and is now defaming me personally. We did not scam him, nor anyone. We have major logistics issues, as told in the emails. My personal name is on there, i am not a wanted criminal, or a scammer. I am a businessman, who didn't expect customers to facebook me. Again, I am not a scammer, everyone who had issues has been refunded. This is not fair to me at all.
