I am the recent victim of another one of Victor Chemerisov pet scams. Just this week I talked with him on his cell phone 347-728-9455 to buy an english bulldog puppy that was a 9 week old female. I sent him $1000 western union to Brooklyn NY. He just received and picked this money up on Weds April 7th. This was a birthday present for my daughter and now I have not heard from him. He was to email the flight date after he recieved the money. I can't reach him on the phone or by email : babybulken.

I want justice here. Anyone who can help would be appreicated. I have listed what he gave as the current address. There seems to be enough victims to get something done. Please everyone contact your local authorities as I have.
