victorville cfs child protective services false evidence and allegations victorville, California

Hello my  name is Miesha, in march of 2011 there was a incident that took place in Rialto Ca. based on the events that did occurred cps had decided to step into my life. The cps worker had contacted myself as well as the fathers along with our family members. we had a sit down meeting with everyone there. in that meeting the worker had said that they were not going to open up a case because the children had active fathers in there life. they said that they felt at that time it would be best if the children go with the fathers and for them to go and file for temporary custody of the kids and when the fathers felt it would be best time for the children to return home it was up to them to give them back. one of the fathers gave the children back to me 1 1/2 weeks later only to (which was the first week in april 2011).

i was still fightin the other dad in court because he decided he wanted to keep them so he could filed for AFDC, when he had discovered that he could receive AFDC for the children in july 2011 he stated "i cant get the county for them, this is BS so you need to take them back cause i cant support them".  He then made arrangements with me to pick them up. the day after i we had came to that decision, i receive a call from the rialto cps department (sorry let me mind you i had moved to Victorville in may 2011) she said hey Miesha i know its been along time since we talked but i still needed to meet with you(1st though how did you get the new number????hmmm) i gave her the new address address and said she is more then welcome to come to my home.

she came to visit twice in august 2011, but on the third visit she said im so sorry Miesha i just wanna let you know i didn't do this my boss said for us to go to court (im thinking court for what???). so i went to court in sept 2011 and the recommendations were to leave the children in my home and the judge agreed, but we needed to return back to court in oct. 2011 for trial.

we went back to court in oct 2011 and the judge had said he wanted me to go o random testing till the next court date because the cps worker was saying i might be a acholic......WOW...so i been testing every single week on a 12 panel test(that means every drug you can get your hands on) and since day 1 which was when i went to court and the judge said go test right now today (surprise) NOT never had anything to hide.

so a whole month goes by with me testing everything was negative and the court date was 12/14/2011. i got a call on 11/10/2011 from the cps worker MARY JANE WALKER-COLEMAN she said im on my way to pick up the children u tested positive for alcohol on 11/2/2011. i knew right then and there she was lying or she did something funny because i had not even touched a like of liquor since 1/1/2011....hmmm you say yea very interesting she came on 11/10/2011 three days before our finale hearing.

so they removed the children and i went to court and i maintained my innocence of not even drinking nothing. when my lawyer had gave me a copy of the test it stated at the end of the test " any presumed positives on this report has not been confirmed if a test needs to be confirmed please contact our office" NOW what did that just tell you? so i kept telling them to do a confirmation test because after doing my research on what could have made this test positive i found that there was a warning presented by SAMHAS that the urine alcohol test were unreliable do to 333 products that cause a false positive.

So after having my children removed i ask over and over again for them to do a confirmation test knowing that the warning was put out even half of the labs have removed that test..... still to date she refuses to have the test done, and i know why its a cover your a*s type thing. The judge nor the department can justified the false removal. Also  all in here reports there is nothing about abuse or neglect no lack of shelter food clothing utilities or any thing. im tired of typing right now but if you would like to know the rest of the story i am so willing to tell it...

THERES SO MUCH MORE TO IT JUST DONT HAVE THE ENERGY TO KEEP TYPIN JUST TO TELL IT. But i do have one last question to all that is reading [ if i was a danger to my children or if the kids were being neglected why didn't the judge remove them in march, or sept. or in oct? he heard my case multiple times never felt they were in a bad situation but he signed a warrant in nov. for removal but wont have the test confirmed to prove they were wrong and i told the truth? YOU DO THE MATH.
