I was not surprised to see negative reviews about victory Chevrolet Buick car dealership on Facebook. I thought I would be the only one, to make a long story short I came in with a bankruptcy. At that time DJ talked me into the excessive wear and tear for $895 and the lost key for $399. That was on July 15, 2015, I went back in on July 16 and told my salesman at the time was Rocky that I did not want it. Their response was we have never done anything like that before so they have to look into it. Then I was shuffled the DJ. Who claimed that he put in the request to all the third-party people. And told me it was my responsibility to call GM FINANCIAL. So after I waited a month so the paperwork to go through I call GM and they said "no the dealerships calls not you sir but us GM Financial" To wrap up this unpleasant story I will not do business with victory Chevrolet Buick again. When I renew my lease in 2017 is definitely is not going to be at Victory Chevrolet. I was talk about my problem in the barbershop a couple days ago and everybody knew the story about Victory Chevrolet how they just took care of you when there was when you're there and then when you're done and they have your money they just don't care. I didn't realize it I guess victory has all kinds of victory automotive places around Michigan they are so big they don't care about the little guy. All At the cost of the poor customer who trusted these crooks and doesn't have very much money. SO SAD!!
