On Sept. 18, 2003, on internet site yourgiftcards.com came up with $100 gift card offer for Walmart if a person signup up for free CD's for Video Professor lessons, with only shipping and handling to be paid, which I did via my bank debit card. Shows up as pending on yourgiftcards.com site.
I checked with them and they say video professor doesn't acknowledge my getting the CD's and billing me, which I paid. They say they can do nothing until video professor responds.
Numerous e-mails to Video Professor have done no good, they won't answer. I noticed same thing happened with another on Ripoff with Walmart card and yourgiftcards.com.
Hopefully this letter will do some good.
