They advertise free tutorial CD's. Just pay $6.95 shipping and Handeling. On 12/28/08 I called and ordered the CD's. I was being offered other CD's and wanted to cancel my order. I was told I could not because it was entered into the computer. I was also told by a supervisor I had 30 days from receipt to return 1 CD and keep the rest.

I received the CD's but with the holidays I didn't get a chance to view them. I checked on the delivery date as to when they were delivered and it was 12/29/08. I figured I had until 1/29/09 to return them. I called on 1/19/09 and was told my credit card was charged $189.

I explained what had happened I was finally given a return authorization number and told to mail 1 disc back. I the tried to run the remaining cd's on my computer which is a MAC and forund out it is not compatable. When I called back I was transfered to Tech Support which is a joke and was told it definitely is compatable with my MAC and they would call me back to guide me through the set up. As you can guess no call back. Their website states not compatable with MAC and when I ordered I told them I had a MAC and was assured it would work. I called back again and sure enough it is not compatable. Customer Service said they are going to refund me $6.95 for original shipping but I would have to pay for the return shipping. So they got me. I should have looked at this site before ordering.

As the sayings go "There is no free lunch" and "If it sounds too good to be true it usually is". Word to the wise stay away from this company.

THE AD ON TV TELLS YOU RIGHT UP FRONT THAT WHILE THE DVD MAY BE FREE, THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING IS NOT--SO IT IS NOT A RIP-OFF!

I WOULD LOVE TO TRY SOME OF THEIR TEACHING AIDS TO SEE IF THEY CAN'T HELP ME BECOME A BETTER IT PERSON. AS IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. I LOVE REPAIRING COMPUTERS AND KEEPING THEM RUNNING AND NETWORKED PROPERLY AND SHOWING PEOPLE HOW TO USE THEM.

BUT I CAN'T AFFORD THEM AND I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD -- NEVER HAVE HAD A CREDIT CARD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE==AND I DON'T WANT TO START NOW--IF I DID HAVE A CREDIT CARD, YOU CAN BELIEVE I WOULD NEVER GIVE OUT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THE PHONE OR ON A WEBSITE --WITH ALL OF THE SOPHISTICATED HACKERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD, YOU MIGHT AS WELL PUT YOUR PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE NEW YORK TIMES OR THE DAILY PAPERS OF THE UKRAINE, NIGERIA AND OTHER HACKER AND INTERNET SCAM PARADISES.
SO I WILL WATCH THE COMMERCIAL AND WISH THE GOOD PROFESSOR WELL, IF HE IS THE REAL GUY WHO THOUGHT UP THE INSTRUCTIONAL DVDS AND NOT JUST AN ACTOR OR SOMETHING HE SEEMS LIKE A NICE MAN AND THE COMPANY SEEMS OK TO ME BASED ON WHAT I HAVE SEEN SO FAR.

I THINK EBAY IS A DEN OF SNAKES AND I THINK YOU GET A 75 TO 25 PERCENT CHANCE OF NOT GETTING WHAT YOU ORDER FROM THERE BUT THAT IS NO FAULT OF THE VIDEO PROFESSOR COMPANY!

FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN FROM THE VIDEO PROFESSOR COMPANY, YOU GET THE MERCHANDISE YOU PAY FOR AND IT IS EXPENSIVE MERCHANDISE SO I WILL NEVER KNOW IF IT IS WORTH IT OR NOT.

BUT AT LEAST YOU GET WHAT YOU ORDER.
