Video Professor Shamelessly Robbed and Lied to by their customer service Lakewood, Colorado

Here is my last letter to Video Professor Customer Service--

I patiently waited the past three months for you to credit my visa card for the computer programs I returned to you. You promised you would do that within 60 days. I now realize I've been duped. You are a fraudulent business scamming hundreds people out of their money and apparently getting away with it without consequences.
First, you charged me $189.95 and then $69.95. I returned both packages you sent me by certified mail. When I contacted you to refund me you requested evidence of the items being returned. I provided you with the U.S. Postal certified mail receipts and the U.S. Postal Track and Confirm documentation which were signed for by your staff. After you received this documentation you lied that you would refund your charges to my Visa Card for the lawfully required refunds of your returned products.
As I told you in my last letter, if you do not return my money I would feel forced to send a formal complaint to the Colorado Attorney General, and the United States Postal service. So I am now following through with those letters. In addition I am contacting Fox News to request they pull your advertising because your fraudulent business practices reflect badly on a reputable news outlet advertiser.
Today, I was absolutely shocked to :goggle Video Professor scam on the internet to find just how many 100's of people you have robbed. On the measuring up web site one of your Video Professor customers counted 506,000 hits on Google about your con business. It's unbelievable to me that you remain in business while you continue to dupe the public.
