Video Professor charged my account then agreed to refund 92.85 but has not yet Lakewood Colorado

I ordered a FREE learning cd from Video Professor I was told would only be 1 charge of 6.95 for Shipping & Handling. But I never got the cd I called Video Professor on January 8, 2007 because they charged my account 1 chrg of 79.95, 2 chrgs of 5.95 & 1 Chrg of 1.00 (2 of the charges caused 35.00 overdrafts on my acct.)

I went to my bank on January 9, 2007 and was told that because I authorized the first charge there was nothing I could do unless I got a letter from the company saying they were refunding the money because I never got the product.

Video Professor agreed to refund 92.85 in 10-15 business days and send a letter stating that they were issuing a refund because the merchandise was not received so my bank would give back the overdraft fees.

But as of February 6, 2007 I have not gotten my money or the letter. I called the number I got from an invoice they sent to find out why and I was told they were closed for snow for two weeks and they don't know when my money will be put back in my account. And they don't send out letters but would pay my overdraft fees if I send them a copy of my personal banking records with nothing blacked out.

I refused to send them anymore of my personal banking information so they have refused to send me a letter or to pay the overdrafts.

I am still trying to get my money back and my overdraft fees. I don't know what else I can do.
