Video Tech Services dishonest, deceptive, larceny ripoff Seattle Washington

Sent a Sony 3vvd vx3 camcorder to this place and it took them 2 months to complete the so called repair. Unit was in working condition, I bought it used and wanted it looked over and cleaned. They claimed to have changed capacitors on the unit, then said it was crushed at the post office and they needed to change the housing. After numerous calls, unfriendly responses, endless excuses for not returning due to "adjustments", it was finally mailed to me. Unit now has a synching problem a tthe bottom of the image. This cost me $300 and am very dissatisfied. Serial # 1006445, invoice number 2816. Was sent June 30 and returned in mid August. Technician name not written on receipt, but spoke to Dan.

Unit now turns image completely green. Spoke to a local technician who told me this is casued by faulty capacitors, the very ones they were supposed to have replaced.
