Petrescue contacted me to purchase stock in his new company which would specialize in online , streaming video advertising. He had mentioned he had large investors looking at this company,  Al Gore for one.  I was foolish enough to purchase shares of the stock.  Within months of purchasing the stock ,  Petrescue changed names and insisted my stock was worthless. I cant believe after all these years he is not in jail. I did try to contact Mr. Petrescue to recover my funds and no response.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

The real deal

AUTHOR: bp - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 18, 2011

01/17/11 A few days ago I was told about this report from a business friend who suggested I respond to it, and set the record straight. The company Mr. Busse is referring to was incorporated in 2003, almost 8 years ago.To demonstrate our product, we shot and produced a video for Mr. Busses real estate company, and then uploaded the video clip, which he was able to link to his website, and send out in emails.Back then this was impressive cutting edge technology that could be used very successfully in the real estate and numerous other industries.

The Gore he refers to was Barry Gore (a cousin of Al Gore), and Barry Gore and a partner of his (who flew out to our office where we disclosed the intricate storage, compression, streaming and decoding details of our product), after multiple phone calls, meetings and signing a NDNC with our company, stole our ideas and set up their own company.Barry Gore had even flown me to Las Vegas to meet with one of the largest casinos (personal friend of his) that wanted to incorporate our product into their marketing efforts, and cut a deal that would provide a unique streaming video application to all our troops overseas, plus numerous other applications.I visited with Barry Gore and his girlfriend in his luxurious home while I was in Las Vegas.

The only reference made about Al Gorethat I made toMr. Busse was on a humorous note, about Al Gore inventing the internet, which many people have joked about. Our company tried to rebound, but sadly was unable to.A few years later YouTube went where our company was attempting to go, and YouTube subsequently sold out to Google for $1.6 billion.
