VIDET - JOHN PALMERSON CONSULTING DID NOT GET THE COMPLETE GRAND WRITING COURSE MATERIALS AND ALL COACHING SESSIONS ST GEORGE Utah

My husband and I spent $2000 into this company to help us find a grant. We sent out hudrends of grant letters and in return we received only about 25 responses, all saying nothing. Many were returned with wrong addresses that this company had given us.

It has been three years and we decided that since we haven't  heard anything out of this company or our grant partner for at least six months that we would request our quaranteed money back. We called our grant coordinator and was told that she no longer works with them. Wow, why weren't we told? We have tried several phones numbers including John's and either get no one available or he doesn't return our phone calls. We have tried everyday for two weeks. No answers.

If John is reading this please call us back so we can get this straightened out since there seems to be no way of getting a hold of you. I would like to think that you will hold up your end of the bargain. Your lack of communication doesn't give me the impression that you care about your company or the people that trusted you.

If we have not received a call back this week we will also be finding us a lawyer to get this problem solved. I really hope it doesn't come to this.

John Palmerson has ignored every text and phone call we have sent. I have now got a laywer involved.  Apparently, that is the only way to get his attention. To sue him.  I wish John would read these complaints and respond. At this point, he would never, ever, ever get a recommendation from us.

I totally agree with Mike B. Our situation is almost exact!!!  We put $3,000.00 on a credit card with Videt in February of 2012. It is now one year later and I am still paying on it and still don't have a grant. 
I don't have anything different to say than Mike because our situations are exact. I have had to get a lawyer involved in this to help get it resolved and still John has not responded with a refund.  We will NOT give up.
I do not recommend this company.

THERE WERE SOME DISAGREEMENTS BUT NOW THINGS HAVE BEEN RECTIFIED. WE TOOK CARE OF MIKE B. FROM NEW YORK AND NOW HE IS HAPPY. I WAS UNAWARE OF WHAT HAPPENED WITH HIM AND HIS PURSUIT OF GRANT FUNDING BUT ONCE MADE AWARE WE RECTIFIED THE SITUATION. MIKE B IS QUITE PLEASED AS OUR WE AND I CANT WAIT FOR HIM TO BE A SUCCESS STORY LIKE ALL THE OTHERS WE WORK WITH. GOOD LUCK TO YOU MIKE. HE WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW OF HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS!!!! John Palmersom and Videt, Inc. promised to provide me with a complete Grant Writing Course. However, he stopped the coaching before the course was completed. He did not provide any reasons for this action. Materials were returned to him personally.

In his rebuttal, he did not respond to any of the specific problems that I encountered. He just basically stated that I lied about my situation. I have better things to do with my spare time than to "fabricate things". I just want him to do the right thing and admit that he is in the wrong. He should refund the money promptly and therefore clear his conscience. At this time, he has not responded to the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
If he has nothing to hide, then why hasn't he responded to these agencies?
As you can see, I have spent countless hours that I can't spare trying to rectify this situation.

i love how people dont do what they are needing to do and then want their money back. it is not right. we provide a service for everyone who is 100% serious, not those looking for all they can get and then get their money back. you dont go to school and take four courses and then go to school all year and then want youyr money back. enough said!! please understand not all you read is true. and people lie and fabricate things to make their side of the story better to those who will read this. i have done this for 15 plus years and to only have a few complaints obviously speaks volumes of what we do, have done, and will continue to do. thank you, john
