Viking Dodge What a scam! Crystal Lake Illinois

First of all I went in on a Saturday morning and I was the first one in the door, I had decided what I wanted within an hour. Yet they kept me there for 5 or 6 hours. I saw people come and go.... saw the staff go to lunch all the while they said they were trying to get a loan approved which I now know only takes minutes. They knew that I would be so tired of waiting that I wouldn't read everything as carefully as I should. Now they told me what the price would be and had me sign a paper with that price on it but did not show me the following pages that had additional costs and add ons. Totaling in all about an extra 5,000 dollars. I did not realize this till I got my first payment wich was over a 100 dollars more a month than what they told me they would be.

I went back and confronted them and they denied telling me a different price and told me the salesman didnt work there anymore. I went to a lawyer in crystal lake and he said he has had many people come to him with complaints concerning Viking Dodge, however he said that as sleezy and underhanded as it was, it was still legal. They also screwed me on my trade in but that's a whole other story. Bottom line, they are liars and they will do anything no matter how bad just to squeeze a few more dollars out of you. I would also like to say thanks to the guy that is sitting out front in his "Viking Dodge Lies" car. He is doing what the rest of us that got shafted by them would like to do.
