GREETINGS CONSUMER,
I have been a licensed REAL ESTATE BROKER
for decades.
Most folks know a timeshare is not a solid purchase.
Yet i was fraudulently induced to purchase a VILLA GROUP del Arco TIMESHARE
on the basis of PRICE STABLITIY.
The promise was both oral and written.
I WROTE a certified letter to VILLA in San Diego... and 9 emails
Even Villas Nevada office sent an inter office communique to Villa...
NO ANSWER , EVER... no customer contact.
About 7 weeks later the REP'' finally called me.
she admitted, YES, the GOld PROGRAM has been a real problem for us.
IT ruins the re-sale stability...etc.
She never called back.
THIS COMPANY conduct s MATERIAL MISREPRESENTATIONS
of fact.
p.s. MY purchase was at least 800 % MORE than the current RE SALE VALUE.
DO NOT BUY.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
timeshare scams
AUTHOR: VC32 - ()

Timeshare scams are very common these days, and they should never be considered as an investment or a solid purchase. Timeshares need to be looked up as a purchase and not an investment. Regardless of how timeshares are presented, they dont perform as well as a house or stock investment. If you look around the resale market for timeshares on websites like EBay, Redweek, or TUGBBS will find that you can buy a timeshare for far less money than what the first owner purchased it for. These are good articles from Mexican Timeshare Solutions on what to do in case you were scammed by a timeshare company, you should check them out, this is their website:
