I took a party of 8 people into Village Pub for diner one of which did not order anything as she was 3 years old. We had horrible service, IE: no drink refills, 5 minutes to get ketchup, etc. Apparently the menu stated an 18% gratutity will be added for parties of 8 or more which I did not see. When I recieved the bill there were things not ordered and an 18% gratutity. I asked to see the manager, at that time he came to the table and said what can I do for you. I asked him to remove the items not ordered and also the 18% as we only ordered 7 meals and service was horrible. His response was the menu clearly states the 18% will be added, would we like a dessert. At this point we had already been there for 1 1/2 hours so I declined. I then told him to please look up the definition of GRATUTITY which he declined to do. In short do not ever eat there with a party of 8 or more.
