We all won and a good day for all of us who were victims of Vincent Malavolta aka James V Aznavorian as he steals from anyone he can. This business West Coast Performance, LLC was closed down offically and is no longer in business at 3053 N Carl G Rose Hwy Hernando, Florida 34442 and the phone number 352-419-4213 is no longer in service.

It was only a matter of time for Vincent Malavolta and anyone who's owed money should file a small claims case and contact the Attorney Generals office and open a case and maybe they can put him in jail where he belongs, but a great day for celebration and he will never work again in the state of Florida.

Rich or Richard, it seems that you want to continue these childish behaviors’ on this website that has no professional standards and allows for this to continue. You post inaccurate information and all of these attachments in hopes to continue these disparaging remarks and now you want to walk them back and say you didn’t write the last post. Anybody that can read… will see the similarities in how you write and use a specific wording, but this doesn’t even matter anymore.  For the record I did not write the last post. Seems like there are other fans. It is true I have never said a word about his mother. It’s a deflection. I have also clearly been threatened as everybody can see below. Take this as a record to law enforcement in the event somebody tries to do something to me or my family.

Richard you should have kept on the right path. I paid what I owed and would have continued as I said to shake and move on but your Internet warrior skills have cost you . Vincent Malavolta and West Coast Performance continue this online back and forth as a deflection away from the truth that he failed to show-up for a lawsuit filed in Broward County and lost. He now owes $ 5000.00 plus dollars and earning court ordered interest every day. I think that West Coast Performance should do the honorable thing and settle this, but either way I will collect as this public record blocks him from doing anything that requires any credit and my guess is he has none, so 5k will soon be 6k and on and on.

 Why Vincent Malavolta continues to mention his deceased mother, I have no idea and she must be rolling over with disgust about having a son the commits fraud. He now brings big brother into this and we know who he is and that he’s connected out of Chicago, but our problem is with Vincent Malavolta and if big brother is so sensitive about mommy, he needs big boy pants not panties. It’s our time and just be patient as West Coast Performance will soon be closed and out of business for good and the list of legal battles are getting bigger every day.

As I said that’s what’s currently owed and will never go away and we’ll collect with hug interest earned. For all of the current victims, I would go to Broward County Court records and print a copy of the lawsuit and use that as Vincent Malavolta’s continued fraud and theft.

February 1st, 2019   Richard, as I read this January 31st rebuttal from you, I must again go on the record and correct all of what you’ve written and its being done by you in an effort to find those people out in the internet world to join you in this frivolous online diatribe of false information against my brother and nothing that was said to you was in any-way Slanderous towards you, but rather your continued Cyber-Stalking and in basic terms Harassment and I’ll refer you back to my January 25th rebuttal and I outlined in the most professional commentary as I could and included the Florida Statute for a reference point, but it appears that you have trouble either reading or understanding the outline. I’m surprised, if you had any family members that are Lawyers, I would only assume that they would have offered you some Counsel on not carrying on with this type of behaviors, so I can tell you that nobody is buying what you’re trying to sell over the internet.  

The most common practice in today’s world is texting and or email as my brother and I do it, so this claim that you have hundreds of text messages is false as you have a few as that’s not uncommon and admitting to any guilt is in your mind, but not in the reality of this frivolous claim of yours. These attachments you included are in part manufactured (verbally) by you and the attachments are only part in parcel of the total conversations. The business document used and that’s what it was… only to give you some sense of price in what you were asking for and was only for providing some numbers, it offered no delivery dates or a breakdown of parts needed or anything else.

You have no understanding contractually or what a contract does or its use of appropriate language and you indicated that this is what you do for a living, well I feel sorry for any customers or company that depends on the review and or analysis of any contract, by you.   Antiques and Outlaws "was” a viable Florida Corporation ( years ago ) and my brothers decision to consolidate and close this and an effort from you to use that as a negative action is just your continued false commentary and what’s really funny and I quote, I Richard Magner built multiple cars, motors from the ground up since the age of 13 and you included that other shops built you motors and you’re well aware of the process.

  If anybody has been bullied and slandered it is myself. I welcome any legal action from you, it’s not slander if it’s true. I have hundreds of text messages from vince from day one as that was the way he communicated. Multiple admitting guilt and you know it. You claim I don’t understand contracts? Please that is my job. Absolutely zero contract language. Please produce anything else that I signed, you can’t. You claim I don’t understand auto performance engineering? I have built multiple cars, motors, from the ground up since 13 years old and would put any one up against anything you have claimed to build. I have also had shops build me motors and I am well aware of the process.

I wanted a 496 or 502 hydraulic roller motor that produced 550-600 hp with edelbrock heads and forged internals. Those were the guidelines. You talked like you were Pat Musi so I let you have creative control as long as a saw what you were putting in ahead of time. When zero machine work was done in almost two months and zero parts I knew you were up to something.

You were in breach of an oral contract which is binding my friend. The 7500 I gave you was for 7k worth of parts that you showed me quickly on a jegs order in your office and we agreed on one month. Guess what, now you have a BBB complaint saying you told another victim the same thing and he still doesn’t have it done a year and change later.

That money was for my parts plus some profit for yourself, not your rent, gas, moving your shop etc. The only thing you are good at is talking, and I am only here hoping that maybe some hard working people won’t fall for your talk like I did. Yes you started paying my back close to 6 months after I asked for my money back. Couldn’t show me a single part. But the payments were far and few and when I wouldn’t change my reviews is when the money stopped.

It's a shame that rich couldn't just receive his money and complete the transaction. My name is legally mine. We are Europeans by way of italy. I jumped into a family Dinamic I was not prepared for. Things happened I chose to help my mom 82 years old get to the doctor. Go shopping dentist visits, surgeons,visits and drive to Moffett cancer center and back to my home 2 x a day driving through the night. Traveling back to south flash then back to my house then Moffett cancer center. Lawyers  and more lawyers travel more traveling. In closing rich has no right to say s**t about things he has no idea. Let's see him do what I did including hospice and in home hospice nursing. Radiation burns and treatment travel more travel. Cleaning open wounds and dressings as well as administering class 4 narcotics and sitting up while your mother screams in agony. I had an opportunity to review all of this continued verbal “Cyberstalking and Harassment” from Richard Magner and towards my brother… Vincent Malavolta and his business West Coast Performance, LLC as noted on a variety of internet sites and so we’re clear on what exactly Cyberstalking means by the 2018 Florida Statutes ( 748.048 ) is to engage in a course of conduct to communicate, or to cause to be communicated, words, images, or language by or through the use of electronic mail or electronic communication, directed at a specific person, causing substantial emotional distress, loss of business to that person and serving no legitimate purpose. Richard, I have no idea about what my brother’s next steps are, but if you continue this type of behavior, I would support whatever his decision is and seek the highest legal remedy to include my testimony, phone bills with your continued disturbance and complete discovery of these electronic communications. 

Richard Magner having no real understanding of the High Performance Automotive Engineering business, had a desire to have a custom motor built for him and approached my brothers company West Coast Performance and Vincent Malavolta, Principal and Founder. This came about from Vincent having a top reputation in this business and having his own business in doing these types of custom builds as he’s done for many years… Richard gave my brother his thoughts and ideas about what he wanted based on the automobile type and what the automobile could safely carry and hold as size and fit for a custom motor and my brother built a full detailed quote outlining full costs to do the build. In these types of quotes to build a high performance motor is what we call carve-outs and an example of this could be… if the existing block is used along with any salvaged parts or was this… an entire new build from the block up as this determines cost considerations. Most of these decisions come from “verbal conversations” between the shop doing the build and the customer and all of this happened during the pre-build stages with Richard Magner and now it clearly seems that Richard has no understanding of the process and out of anger… went to internet communications with disparaging comments about the shop owner Vincent Malavolta.

Additionally, Richard Magner didn’t understand and never asked follow-up questions during the build process and based on the shop and not all do the machining and or milling for high performance parts, cylinder heads, forged pistons, racing crankshafts, racing pistons, racing valve springs and the list goes on… Vincent chooses to use a second and third party vendor outside of his shop as they work in tandem - working side by side and in conjunction with the build and they are all vetted to the highest standards as his own shop and place of business.

Richard made mention of Vincent’s mother’s death in January 2015 and basically called my brother dishonest and let me confirm that Vincent having the Durable Power’s and dealing with the best decisions possible for his mother and living and running a business from Ft Lauderdale along with some very stressful sibling issues, he managed to accomplish everything involved and began his own transition into his home, family life and preparing for the grand opening of West Coast Performance in North Florida. Richard, I would be very careful about commenting about our family or what you think you know… out of anger and stupidity as it never has a good outcome.

  Your good reviews are clearly bogus most posted on the same day. You even stooped so low you have your wife leaving reviews, come on man. I state facts, everything backed by legal documents and proof. Why did you PayPal me one dollar today (see picture proof). to try to mess with me. You will be out of business soon. I feel bad for the poor guys that you try to intimidate after you screw them and there are plenty. You can’t deny that you took my cash deposit and used it for your own finances while lying to my face. You are clearly doing this now and it looks like it is already catching up to you. Luckily I can recover from my losses easily. One day you will do this to the wrong person and get what you deserve.

This is just pure harrasment at this time. Rich is simply a child doesn't care who he hurts or does wrong. He causes damage but expects respect. Defamation slander severe defamtion. There's 40 people with high praise posting daily.

West coast has never ever worked with this person. West coast is fully vetted licensed with state number and tax id. These are just more slander and harrasment. I gave him what he's getting. He broke his contract he's lie in period. Seems he hasn't anything better to do then bust chops. Your constant harrasment caused damages you can't pay.

 Vince has tried to save face and file a rebuttal to another copy of this claim on this website. Thankfully Vincent Malavolta aka James Aznavorian can’t take rip-off report reviews down like he has done with every other bad review that was on the internet. He walked with 5k of my hard earned cash and has no intention of paying.

Never saw a single part. A judge awarded me $5155.00 in damages and it will just go on his pile of judgements. He is in trouble right now In citrus county doing all his old tricks. Look it up it’s public record. I have given up on trying to get my money back and hopefully karma does what it always does sooner or later.

 Jan 19,2019 Update. I never saw a cent in 2018 and was awarded a judgement for $5155.00 last year. Received nothing but headaches and he has no intention of repaying the money he took.
