Vince Testa and his wife are hard working con artists.  They boast about how much experience they have in the real estate industry when it all comes down to this: they have your money and they think that you can't sue them!  In July of last year Vince Testa claimed he was helping me and my husband purchase a new house.  He put us in touch with "his" finance guy to get us approval.  We gave this finance guy all of our personal information and then Vince started calling us every so often to ask us questions regarding the approval process.  He claimed that his finance guy Russ Richards was incredibly busy and he was just moving the process along.  He first asked us if we had any open lines of credit, what was my mother's maiden name and what schools did I attend.

 About three months later we started receiving late notices and bill collectors started calling my home.  Vince Testa had opened a bank account, a private mail box and about 12 to 15 credit accounts.  The stores ranged from Lowe's to Home Depot, True Value, Ace and 84 Lumber.   My husband and I had never had any debt before this guy came into our lives, we now have had to hire an attorney and report all these situations to the police.  In the end we found out that he owned the house we were trying to purchase and his wife was the listing agent.  This finance guy is still a mystery.  Do not believe a word this guy tells you, his car, house and all of his fancy things are all financed from other people's hard earned money that he has swindled!
