This is a follow-up to your previous request #60 "Order Inquiry"

I have not received notice that my product has shipped.... It has been
three weeks; per the notice I received, I should be receiving shipment info
within 1-3 weeks.

I would like the status of my order.

Thank you for the response, however, I did not pay via Paypal, so I am not able to file a dispute.

Also, if it shipped, then I would like the tracking number as you stated I would receive in the previous email.

The orders did ship on Friday (Jan 31st). Our warehouse lost their minds and never sent tracking information (which is why I am offering the refund to those who want it), and I’ve been trying to get it from USPS to no avail. You should be receiving your order anytime.

Since you didn't pay with PayPal, I will go ahead and refund your order as soon as our website comes back online today through Shopify. It will take 48-72hours for you to receive that in your account.

I’m sorry for the delay.
