The people who work at the Vine Vera kiosk are very pushy and shady people.  I was there on Friday, June 13th and got harassed and pushed into buying over $700 of their products.  There were two transactions, the first one they had me sign on their computer so I didn't see the receipt at all.  The second transaction, they had folded the receipt so only the signature section was displayed.  He then pushed me to another kiosk Lionnesse, I think it was.  After 10 minutes of me saying no I finally got out of there and to a place I could sit down.  I pulled out the receipts and was so angry to see "No refunds" on the bottom of the receipt that they had hidden from me.  I walked back to the kiosk to return everything but the person there said he couldn't do anything and that the "owner" wouldn't be back for a long time.   Months have gone by, I've dealt with the main company's customer service, my credit card company, and the bbb.  I shipped all the unused products back to the main company and so far the kiosk has only refunded half of my purchase amount.  I don't think this company should be allowed to do business.  All they do is try to scam people out of the most amount of money they can and hide the fact that they don't allow refunds so if you have a reaction or the products are totally useless, you're screwed out of the hundreds of dollars they just scammed out of you.

After another round of BBB, I told them if they didn't refund the rest of my money I was going to seek legal recourse and head to small claims court.  I received a message from the BBB yesterday from them saying that they had left me a voicemail (they actually hadn't), that they had told me they were sending the rest of my money.  Unfortunately I had moved and they sent it to the old address, but my old apartment building called today to say I had a delivery.  Sure enough, there was a check for the remainder of what was owed to me.  Small claims court, or at least the threat of it seems to be enough to get them to give a refund.

They won't do anything

BBB just acts as a mediator so they won't do anything, but at least my story is on their site so other people can see.  My bank can't do anything anymore as it's now beyond their time limit (thanks to the back and forth taking forever).  Due to Visa rules they weren't able to help me.  The kiosk changed their name and pretty much screwed me.  I did hear back from the main office through the BBB and as always they claim that it's all on the kiosk.  So I notified them I'll be seeking legal recourse.  As soon as I get back from my business trip I'll be calling the mall to get the owner's information and will be taking them to small claims court for the $300+ they're keeping for no reason.

Worried we're in Same Boat!

I just purchased this product a couple days ago, on October 1st in Tigard, Oregon at the Washington Square. I'm afraid my experience was eerily similar to yours. In fact, identical, except I luckily haven't had any reactions yet. But I'm not noticing anything great. Mind you, it's only been a week, but for the amount I paid I expect more! Please update on your situation I'm dying to know. Did the salesperson email you personally? Mine was so sweet and kind, I really liked him so I'm worried. I got tons for free but also spent tons, I was just thinking I might take it all back when I decided to google them. First time I haven't done this first! What was I thinking? I'm so used to Sephora and such where there's returns, no questions asked. I'm so happy I put it on my Discover card, I can't believe your card isn't helping. I was ripped off before and Discover took care of it, did some research, and eventually cleared all charges from my account, I hope your card does this for you, file a dispute with them! What did the BBB say? And the mall. Are they closing them or anything? So sorry, this company sure sounds shadier than I imagined. My sales guy emailed me to ask how I liked it so I'm tempted to ask him about all of this. He claimed he was good friends with the developer and had been with the company from the beginning,
