I was just composing a complaint on this affair, when I noticed this message area. Please send me my hardware!

I received my order in good condition, no shipping damage to box. The plastic bag was unsealed, and the mounting hardware (as pictured) was missing. Due to the package being undamaged, and securely taped at all possible openings, I can only assume it was short shipped. Also there are no nuts for the electrical connections (not pictured, but assumed to be part of assembly). Would you please send those items as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have been in the Hospital, but to the best of my knowledge, you haven't responded to this request. Do I need to take further action, or are you going to send me my parts?
