I ordered 2 Jerseys one 2yrs ago, the other 1yr ago, after excuse after excuse, he told me one was in in October, after 2 months waiting I phoned at Xmas time this past year, were again he assured me it will be shipped soon, from the end of January on he has avoided any contact I have tried, but his website is still there and he opened a new eBay account under the name "oilkings2012" selling Jerseys, he has $503.00 of my money and this scam has to stop for Me and other Victims of this Crime

The detective handling the case is Mike Kenny mkenney@tonawandacitypd.com - He said to get in touch with him and encourage any others that may have been wronged. This detective has been 100% professional and has been a huge help. Can't give you the details, but he seems to be on it. We will see. He said to call his office 716-692-2121 ext-309He said to pass his info on. Please feel free to post this stuff. If you want to call him to verify, please feel free. I don't think we will ever see our money, but if I can be a pain in this guys a*s, I intend to do it. He may be facing federal wire fraud charges. Ken
