It has come to this reporters attention, that said merchant is now accepting payment by Money Order. With the cession of Credit Card acceptance, protection for the consumer has been weakened to the point of throwing your funds out a moving car window on the freeway, should your order not be fulfilled.

Cash On Delivery

This merchant has in the past refused to do COD, claiming excessive return costs, and damage to merchandise. Sending a 2 party check to the merchant, and the shipping company for the cost of shipping should prevent a loss to the merchant of shipping fees on returned merchandise. If the merchant can only gain usefulness from the funds by purchasing shipping services with your funds, the consumer will have some measure of protection.

The other claim was goods being damaged by the carrier. Either pack the goods in a more secure manner, or insure against damage by the carrier. That is a cost of doing business.

Still no credit cards, so the mailing a Money Order to the Nigerian Post Office Box must be working.

Let me get this right. 100 demos per hour, for 16 hours a day for 3 days........4800 demos in 2880 minutes.

Better yet. 150 demos per hour, for 16 hours a day for 3 days........7200 demos in 2880 minutes.

At 100 demos an hour that is a demo every .6 minutes. At 150 demos an hour you only spend .4 minutes per demo.

It was wrong, and I apologize. I've been having some psycological problems since a death in my family that I also blamed on Wanda, and sometimes I get off my medication and do stupid things and get all paranoid.

1) I am not a member of the International Violet Wand Guild.

I quit over a year ago.

I AM a registered Demonstrator on Wanda's Mjolinir site, and in the Demonstrator sticky in the Violet Wand group.

2) Re: The Dropped Wand.

When you demo wands to the public on a near continuous basis for 16 hours a day for 3 days at a time, 5 times, a few drops are inevitable.

You have limited table space to work from, you are behind ropes, trying not to trip over 6 power cords and a body contact cable connecting all the wands I use and I'm demoing to LITERALLY 100 to 150 people per hour.

It rolls off or gets pulled off by the body contact. Someone from the public wants to TRY it, you zap them, and they jump, and pull the wand off the table.

3)  There is also the issue of someone hacking my password or somehow hacking the site.

They have appeared as Twisted_Poet and tried to make me look bad, and when I pointed out that user name I use has a space, not an underscore, they somehow got user to display as MY user name, except the location said Racine -Canada instead of Fredericton.

Make sure you know which post is who's...ElectroJack and his friends, like Pogertt are trying to hijack this report and use multiple user names to make it look like more people complain.

Then they took over twisted poet, and artofthewand and user them to make defamatory posts about Wanda or other users under those names.

I replaced the wand only from a competitor of Wanda's. The output feels harsher, it is not as powerful, as I have trouble branding with it, and it heats up VERY quickly. With Wanda's wand I could demo continually for several hours, and did regularly at these shows, I can now not play for more than 30 minutes without having to stop because the competitor's wand is too hot to hold.

Kinda makes you wonder when Guild members are compensates for sending customers Wanda's way.

I am a former client of Eclectic Electric. The business has closed. I am a CURRENT client of Violet Wanda, and of her Mjolnir Advanced System product line. I have placed 3 orders with this company, and have received my order without any problem each time. The poster of this report is a former competitor of Violet Wanda, and has a long standing axe to grind.

Violet Wanda, and especially the Mjolnir Advanced line violet wands are a specialized niche market. They are painstakingly designed and custom built to order. As such the wait times from order to completion and shipment can be quite long. This is a small company, providing a unique product to a world wide market.

As part of the ordering process, you are required to read the information on the site, and confirm that you have read and understand it. It states quite clearly that the wait times are extended, as these are HAND BUILT, CUSTOM units. It states outright that the wait may be up to a year.

When you place an order, and your payment is processed, you are placed in the order queue. When your order gets to the top of the queue, it is built, tested, and shipped. They clearly state that they will not be rushed, they will not move an order ahead of any other order, and they will not change their procedures for anyone.

Due to the nature of the this product, I for one, APPRECIATE this fact. I don't want them rushing the manufacturing of a product that generates upwards of 60,000 volts of electricity that I intend to use on another human being. Wanda also states on her website that if you constantly call or email and harass them, they will refund your money and drop you as a client, and will not accept any further orders from you.

Anyone that claims that that have paid and not received product, or a refund since 2008 is either lying, or has not followed the directions. They are likely sending emails to an unmonitored account. Reading the original complaint, you see the line. After 30 days I started calling 6 to 12 times a day.

...and he wonders why they choose not to do business with him, and refunded his payment. Any business has the right to charge a cancellation fee if you place an order and then do not complete it. All this customer had to do to receive their product was wait their turn, like anyone else. I paid for my Mjolnir wand and waited 9 months for completion. It was worth the wait, and did not upset me, as I had read and understood the instructions.

Had they actually taken the time to read the ordering information on the site, like all of the research they claim to have done, they would know this. But some people cannot and will not be pleased. Ever. By anything a company does. So this company informed him that he was not entitled to order from them any longer, as he was being harassing.

He has also publicly bashed this company on another website that many members of our lifestyle frequent, and is in jeopardy of losing his membership there as well. Violet Wanda and Mjolnir Advanced System Violet Wands are a company with INTEGRITY PLUS.

I am a happy satisfied client, and will continue to order from Wanda, and in fact have made it my policy to order ONLY from Wanda in the future. I have patronized other vendors of these products in the past, and while their customer service may have been better, their products were vastly inferior.

Violet Wanda has recently taken the step of increasing her prices and hiring a dedicated 24/7 customer service rep, and you now MUST speak to him by phone before your order will be processed, unless you are a former client, so they can be SURE that you understand their policies.

All the original complainant and his friends have done is cause a great business to have to raise their prices. I, for one, will gladly pay that increase if it will keep people like the complainant out of the process. His Ripoff Report can be safely ignored as a complete lie.

Also, the claim that the International Violet Wand Guild is owned by them is a lie as well. Much of the information on the guild website came from Wanda, and the guild DID grow out of their repair person program, but the two are separate entities. The fact that many of the guild members are friends of Wanda, and deal only with her, and recommend only her speaks of the quality of the product and the integrity of the seller, not of an ownership relationship.

We have an on going history of this violet wand guide luring people into purchasing from violet wanda, Joyce Gale.
She then plays her games wasting time bringing that buyer past the 60 day charge-back period allowed by most banks to honor charge-backs.
Finally you have her support group violet wands on fetlife deleting discussions as they appear pertaining to complaints as to being ripped off.
One puzzle with 3 pieces this isn't an isolated situation it's something she's been praticing for over a decade with the violet wand guide aiding her documented as early as 2007.
I can't honesty say how long the group on fetlife violet wands has been sweeping the complaints, but I can honestly say they have been doing so since I've been back around the past 6 months or so anyways.

text then link below   I ordered a Violet Wand and some accessories on November 25, 2007 after seeing a demonstration by a member of the Violet Wand Guild. Here it is 7 month later and no Violet Wand. They indicated that they were swamped and it would take 2 to 3 months. Conveniently this is time limit on stopping the credit card payment.

I made this purchase after seeing a demo by a member of the Violet Wand Guild who strongly advised us to only buy from Eclectic Electric. I suspect they are actually one and the same company.

You are an embarasment to the Guild

I am the person that this 'customer' was supposed to have met in Washington DC. I keep very good records of where I've been, what I've done. 

This past May I didn't attend or demonstrate at any events.

This person from Daytona Beach Florida made this up so that he could post it in other threads on other sites. This is just the next thing he has done in a long list of slanderous tactics.

The 'event' this person is referring to never actually occurred.  It was a meeting that was cancelled. I guess he didn't get  the memo.

Unfortunately, this report has been placed here by an angry ex-competitor located in Daytona Florida.  He has not purchased any items, so the report can not be arbitrated or resolved.  I expect it won't be the last one that he places, as my violet wand company succeeded where his did not.  My company has never failed to provide product and never failed to provide a refund when asked.
