1. $400.00 over estimate without calling to approve it.

2. Couldn't produce all the old parts.

3. At checkout, clerk yelled bank account and drivers' license numbers into the phone, with strangers standing all around. Then the system refused to clear the check. I called home for a debit card number on the same bank account, and it cleared. Then the clerk offered me an 800 number so that I could call the check clearing company to find out why they are giving VIP bad service!?
