My husband and I were "awarded" 1) complimentary round trip airfares for the recipient and a guest, and 2) a complimentary 8/Day/7Night Cruise for 2 with an Outside Cabin following a Time Share presentation.  After sending 2 money order deposits in the amounts of $75.00 and $99.00 (Totaling $174.00), and completing all paperwork, we were notified that the first cruise date was not available (This was not the case, in checking with the Cruise Company, we learned that they had availability and were still booking.)   With regard to our second choice cruise date they never contacted us at all.  They also did not contact us with regard to the round trip airfares.

When I contacted them by letters and emails,their response on 11/7/11 was :
"Please send your refund request in writing using the US mail, as we require an original signature to process it.  Send it to the address on your voucher.  Refunds take between 4-6 weeks to process from the date we receive your cancellation letter."

After sending a signed letter of cancellation with signature receipt request. signed by J. Nail. and waiting until now, we realize that this organization has no intention of fulfilling their responsibility of refunding the $174.00 in deposits.  It is my belief that this company promises cruises and round trip airfares as a guise for ripping off "deposits".  Their unethical business practices must be thoroughly investigated by the appropriate governmental agencies and reported to the general public by media entities to prevent further warm to consumers!
