I filled out a Travel Request Form sent by Fly USA,- from Los Angeles, California to Missoula, Montana. This was in response to a flyer offering me 2 AIRLINE TICKETS FOR 2 ADULTS TO ANYWHERE WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA.
I WAS ALSO OFFERED A CAR RENTAL FOR ONE WEEK. I SENT A MONEY ORDER #16481486*** FOR $125.00, AS REQUESTED.
THIS HAPPENED AFTER I ATTENDED A PRESENTATION AT GEVC SHOWROOM IN 750,The City Drive South, Ste. 100, Orange, California, 92868, in September 2009.We were then living at 23231 Saguaro Street, Apt. A, Lake Forest, CA 92630. After I moved to my new address, 2302 Via Puerta, Unit A, Laguna Woods, Ca 92637, I informed this firm about the change of address.
I received a letter stating that Missoula, Montana was not a major Airport and my request was refused. I was given the option of cancelling and requesting a refund. I made this request three times. I have so far not been paid.

I'm sorry that your request was not possible, we do require you to fly into and out of the major US airports as stated in your terms and conditions. There are to many to list on the travel certificate itself so we provide a link on our website so you can go online and look at them, we also provide that link through our phone system, and of course if call and ask we'll tell you over the phone. Refunds do take a full 8 weeks to process, i see check #1170 was issued on 10/22/10 and mailed on 11/3/10. I also see you cashed it on 11/12/10 and it cleared our bank on 11/15/10 so am i unsure why you would post your comment and deliberately lie. I am attaching a copy of the front and back of the check, i have removed our account number and blacked out your last name and account number. If you feel for some reason that this matter is still unresolved please feel free to call me at (386) 252-2332 x6
